Last weekend, Luca and I went to our favourite restaurant, Italia Nostra. There, he gave me a surprise card for Easter. It was my first time celebrating Easter in the UK.
I still need to revise a large portion of my research protocol and adjust the initial schedule. I have already spent four months revising the protocol.
I bought a new stand mixer to enjoy baking at weekends.
Aside from my research, I am excited about teaching again next week.
